Gunite Renovation

I had pavers steps and bluestone treads by Flawless . They came out great. My neighbors and anyone who visits has nothing but compliments. They also put in the railings." They were so clean" has been said many times by neighbors. I worked with Jared who is very honest and reliable. He also has a nice sense of humor. I felt as if I was dealing with a friend. I will use them for more projects.

A true pleasure to work with Jason on my pool and entry masonry. His hard working team’s, transformation of my property is spectacular. They were reliable, honest and completed the work on time. They truly stand up to their work. Their company name is well suited for them. Denise W.

They did a great job and Jarred always answered my calls and texts very quickly! They make sure you are happy with everything- would definitely recommend them!

Flawless Masonry did an excellent job replacing my old uneven brick driveway, concrete patio, and old rear steps. We went with Cambridge Limestone Quarry Blue 3 piece pavers for the driveway and XL pavers for the patio with coal borders all around. They took a completely uneven patio/driveway section and made a level area that extended my patio into a much larger and more usable space. They also did a rear stoop with Cambridge old English stone in limestone quarry. Jared was great to work with, up front with pricing, very quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. He helped guide me on styles and various paver and border options. He also helped work with my local village to arrange the inspection and make sure everything was done to code. Work was completed quickly and done very well. I would highly recommend Flawless Masonry to anyone looking at a masonry project. Added some before (bricks)and after photos. Overall we are very happy with their work.

I had such a phenomenal experience with Flawless Masonry. From day 1 until the end of the project, everything went smoothly. I want to say a big thank you to Jared and the rest of the workers who did a beautiful and a fantastic job on my retaining wall. Jared is always responsive and very detailed and the rest of the guys came right on time and cleaned up after themselves. I am extremely happy and pleased with the outcome! If you are looking to do a masonry project for your home, look no further!

Great to work with. Everyone was punctual and finished exactly when they said they would. Will be using them again!

I used Flawless Masonry in September 2024 to fix an old rock retaining wall that was crumbling and at risk of collapse at the front of my house. Their quote was significantly more cost effective compared to other quotes I received, and their track record and photos of other work they did made me go with them. They finished the work in one day, and the guys who worked on the wall were polite, efficient, courteous to my neighbors and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. The wall looks excellent and I would recommend them to anyone looking for masonry work.

Flawless was the perfect company for the remodel of the front of my home. Besides the work done which included paver steps , retaining walls, black top driveway, sidewalk, and apron they were always professional. The crew was easy to work with, always on time, and worked like beasts ! I cant say anything bad about this company and would recommend to anyone! Jared and workers thank you all again !

Dave and his team at Flawless Masonry did a great job replacing our old fence. The team was done ripping 60ft of fence and putting a stone fence replacement all in one day! They put the bushes back after they were finished. The contract process was all very easy and transparent. Would highly recommend!

Dave and his team were very nice and they did a great job I’m very happy with the results I love my porch and front stairs now

Excellent work on time very professional excellent price highly recommended ,

Had a great experience with the guys at Flawless Masonry. They did a solid job on our driveway (U-shaped driveway, asphalt with paver aprons on each side). Fast, efficient, and easy to communicate with. Would recommend them to a friend, and would definitely work with them again in the future.

The work was done professionally and timely I am very pleased with the outcome!!!

Devin and His Crew did a great job installing the walkway and patio at our house. Very quick 2 day's and they were done. And the job came out beautiful. Would not hesitate to call them again.

I got my driveway, walk way and steps done over by Flawless Masonry about 2 week ago and I tell you I'm loving it so much . My sales associate was Jared and he went above and beyond to helping me picking out the materials and sharing his thoughts and ideas with me ... May I tell you the end result was awesome and Iam so happy how everything came out ... Yes I've already told him I'll be using him for my backyard patio project next summer ... Thanks so much Jared for the awesome experience

Dave and his crew did a phenomenal job on our patio, driveway and stone veneer. Dave was very responsive and attentive to our requests and made sure the work was done seemlessly. The work Flawless did truly elevated the aesthetic of our home

Absolutely, masters at their craft. Everyone was professional. They work efficiently and cleaned up well. I was very pleased that they paid attention to detail and was able to adapt on the fly. I highly recommend this company.

Super excited to give a raving review to Devin and his team at Flawless. From a very timely and reasonable quote, to excellent customer service, Flawless won the job of building a Patio around my new pool. Yet it wasn't until the total follow through, including the quality of work, professionalism and courtesy of the crew and the timely manner everything was completed in did these guys reach the "highly recommended list" Thanks guys for amazing work and a great experience !

Dave and his crew did a great job removing my railroad ties and constructing a beautiful new retaining wall in the back of my home. They worked carefully not to disturb the rest of my backyard. I would hire them again for any kind of masonry work.

Flawless Masonry did a beautiful job on our patio. Dave was great to work with and very responsive. They finished in a timely manner and were very professional. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

My dad (Neal F) hired Flawless Masonry to help with our backyard, and worked with Dave. We are amazed at the quality of work. Our backyard is now the space we've always dreamed about. The project was completed so efficiently, and the crew was meticulous. Before we got started, a big concern was our run down pool stairs. Dave suggested a way to cut the top off and cover it with tile, and it's outstanding. I could go on and on, but a picture is worth a thousand words so here are some befores and afters: Thank you, Flawless Masonry!

I had the most wonderful experience working with Flawless Masonry to extend the patio by my pool. Communication was excellent! Jared was on top of things from the beginning. He gave me estimates for the price of the job (including other options), when they could start and how long it will take. He constantly kept me updated so I was never left guessing what the next step was and he was very responsive to all my questions. The crew arrived on time each day, they were respectful, they cleaned up the mess and the result was beautiful! Even after I gave them the final payment, they returned to fix some minor problems without any fuss. Start to finish a pleasure to work with! I will definitely use them again for my next project.

Had Flawless Masonry perform patio work. Very satisfied with the quality of their work. They were timely and followed through with everything they said they would do. Also had a pavilion installed on patio through them. They suggested cement footings to support the weight of the pavilion which was an excellent suggestion that we hadn't thought of. We are extremely happy with the quality of the pavilion and the workers who installed it. Overall we would highly recommend Flawless Masonry.

After having a retaining wall fail, after only nine years, I was very concerned about hiring the right company. Devon and his large crew at Flawless did the job quickly, neatly, and for a competitive price. They Completed the job in two days rather than the four that were estimated. Devin was always responsive to my texts. When I had somebody come to look into installing sod in my backyard they were so impressed with the way Flawless left my backyard looking. They said that often times company will leave it a total mess.. I’m very glad I hired Flawless.

Jared and his team were the best, totally transformed our backyard into a paradise! it’s like being on vacation everyday. He installed pavers around the pool, and I was concerned the existing patio would look old and out of place, next to the new ones, but he made them look brand new! Worked with us every step, through all the issues and concerns. Could have not been any happier.

Flawless did an excellent job on our two tier landscape retaining walls. The crew worked very hard and well together and finished a large job in two and a half days, well ahead of our expectations. They arrived on time and got right to work. The price was competitive and it was very easy to deal with Dave. I am very pleased with the end result and highly recommend them.

We could not have been happier with Flawless Masonry. They built us a new patio with outdoor kitchen. They also leveled part of our backyard building a retaining wall around it for us to utilize our yard the way we want to. Devin and the whole crew were amazing. They were professional, courteous, clean and produced unbelievable results. Devin came over to hear about what we wanted and got right to work. Their experience and eye allowed for them to design and deliver on time and on budget a result that made our family so proud. Thanks to Devin and the Flawless Masonry crew. We will be sure to recommend you to our friends!

Needed a small retaining wall replaced. Flawless Masonry did a great job. Will be using them again for other work around my yard in the near future.

Fair pricing, great communication, high quality work. Can’t ask for more

We received quotes from several masonry companies for a front renovation but chose Flawless Masonry. We saw their work and were quite impressed. Dave Semprini explained clearly what needed to be done and gave us a reasonable quote. Real nice guy! Their crew of five was fantastic. Very polite and worked very hard to complete the project in 3 days rather than the estimated 4-5 days. They all worked very well together! These masons are artisans in their job! Excellent workmanship is clearly evident! Cleaned up after they finished every day. The project involved a large front paver stoop, a front wall of paver stones and a paver stone retainer wall on an adjoining planter. They did an excellent job. See photos below. We would highly recommend Flawless Masonry!

This company really impressed me. They were on time, courteous, efficient, hard working, neat, and completed work in a timely manner. There are no negatives I am going to hire them again for more work at my home. My neighbors came by to complement the work too.

Flawless was amazing from start to finish! From a business stance, they communicated with us every step of the way and were incredibly reasonable. From a production standpoint, the workers were FANTASTIC, reliable and efficient. Flawless's quality of work is really incomparable! We sought out many companies early on for estimates and design ideas, and we couldn't be happier we chose them. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL!!! Deb & Sean

Met with Dave regarding a design for a paver patio for around a pool. Dave came up with the perfect design for the yard. We are extremely pleased with the final product. The Flawless crew were excellent, detailed, and meticulous. I would highly recommend using them to anyone looking for masonry work.

Flawless Masonry helped us in a complete transformation of our driveway! The Guys were excellent! They offered valuable expertise and a collection of design options. They always took my calls, and the crew worked very hard, even in not the best weather conditions. We highly recommend Flawless Masonry for any masonry projects! Thank you Devin!

Flawless Masonry did a fabulous job for us. They did a beautiful job with our front walkway a few months ago, and then returned this week and did a pristine job on our back patio. Dave was wonderful to work with, and very responsive from the very beginning when we contacted them for a quote. He gave us a reasonable package price, and always responded quickly whenever we had a question. The team that worked on both our projects were very efficient, and completed the jobs within the exact time frame that was estimated. We are happy with the results.

Flawless Masonry just completed a beautiful patio and walkway at my home. David and his staff did a wonderful job designing, creating and installing pavers to produce an awesome patio for my family to enjoy. I highly recommend this company for their attention to detail, efficiency, and completing this job in a speedy manor. Five stars are well deserved!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Flawless Masonry to install a new patio in my backyard and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. From start to finish they were great and wish I would have used them for my last house to do the yard they would of saved me a lot of headache. These guys are the best they even called me yesterday because of the snow storm and told me not to worry that the poly sand would definitely wash out in spots and be a mess because the job was so new and they would send someone back to power wash everything and re-apply new sand for me. A+ all around thanks a lot Devin and team for all your help and patience :)

They brought my vision to life and made my experience an absolute pleasure. I can't wait for my backyard to be the highlight of this summer! You guys now have a customer for life and I can't thank you enough!

Flawless masonry did an Excellent job with my retaining wall. Friendly and fairly priced. They got the job done they way I wanted it, in the time frame I wanted, with no hassle. they took the extra dirt and sculpted the ground around the wall leaving the project looking finished. I’m a harsh critic and when it’s time for my front stone walkway I will use them again.

Flawless Masonry truly lives up to its name, delivering a beautiful patio and also remarkable efficiency. I was astounded by the exceptional quality and the remarkable speed at which they worked. Their team's proficiency is unmatched – The crew of 9 were punctual and ran like a well-oiled machine. They worked diligently, listened to what we wanted and delivered on our expectations. Communication remained open and clear throughout. Devin was very attentive and made sure we were satisfied with the result. Flawless Masonry delivered exceptional quality in record time. If you're seeking a team that combines speed with unparalleled craftsmanship, I wholeheartedly recommend Flawless Masonry for any masonry project.

Dave is a class act. Could not be happier with Flawless’s work. From start to finish everything was meticulously organized and executed with the utmost professionalism. Could not recommend them more!

Had Flawless Masonry replace a rotting old retaining wall in my backyard with a new paver one. It came out amazing and made it flow nicely into the front yard. Got the entire thing done in one day. I previously had them do a patio in my backyard a few years ago, also completely done in one day. Excellent work, would definitely contract with them again and recommend!

Flawless masonry gave us an immediate estimate. They were very professional and easy to work with. They thought of things that I would never have thought of to add to our design.Their suggestions turned out to make the yard classier. I would recommend them to anyone looking to hire a masonry company.

They did a great job building a chimney at my home.

I, whole heartedly, recommend flawless masonry. I am so satisfied with their wonderful workmanship, clean and precise stone work, honesty and superb work ethics. they truly deserve the flawless in their company's name. Thank you so much. This was the best experience I have even had.

We chose Flawless after receiving several quotes to replace our front porch, and we are glad we did. They were very easy to deal with and we are very happy with the result!

After much Google research for a Masonry company, we recently had our patio and pool area done by Flawless and we are VERY happy and extremely impressed. Devin was very punctual and on his game. He was very good at communicating and offering his expertise when coming up with ideas for designing it and he did not steer us wrong. Our backyard went from “I don’t wanna sit out here” to “omg can we sleep out here”. Stunning job, they clean up so well after themselves. Even their crew puts off good vibes while waiting them worl and interact together! They really lived up to the name of their company because it is FLAWLESS!! We would definitely recommend them any day and we will be using them again for other projects in the future! Now stop your endless research and choose Flawless, hello! Haha

Excellent work, happy with the outcome.
